Role Overview We are looking for a technically strong and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Engineer who brings hands-on expertise and a willingness to broaden into adjacent Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform and Azure. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience who are ready to step into a manager-level capacity—driving technical support, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to solution delivery while remaining deeply involved in hands-on work. What You Will Do Provide strong, hands-on support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within D365 F&O environments. Contribute to technical design sessions, code development, peer reviews, and deployment planning. Identify, analyze, and resolve system defects and data inconsistencies to ensure system stability. Solid proficiency in X++ development, OOP principles, performance optimization, and scalable design. Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps). Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving approach, and strong attention to detail. Excellent English communication skills with the ability to interface directly with global stakeholders. Ability to operate with moderate supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
