Role Overview As a Solution Developer on the Solutions CoE team, you will play an important role in building, enhancing, and supporting demo assets used by Salesforce's global Presales organization. You will use your technical and product expertise to make demo assets scalable, reliable, and deployable on demand using the Salesforce and NextGen platforms. What You Will Do Deliver planned enhancements and technical improvements for assigned industry or product areas, aligned with team priorities and V2MOM objectives. Review and address assigned GitHub pull requests and technical requests within established service-level expectations. Requirements 4-6 years experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform Strong hands-on experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform, including technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce platform development tool Experience working with Salesforce Products like Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics Good to have experience working with Git and GitHub workflows, SFDX, Cumulus CI, CLI Must have certifications - Salesforce Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer - 1 Experience using AI-powered developer tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools to improve development productivity, problem-solving, code quality, and automation. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams across different time zones.
