Role Overview The Marina Manager will oversee the daily operations of the marina, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused services. This includes managing recreational boating operations, equipment rentals, facility maintenance, and marina programming while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. What You Will Do Responsibilities include managing daily operations, directing and coordinating marina activities, developing and implementing marina programs, serving as an instructor and trainer, conducting sailing instruction, and ensuring compliance with MWR policies and safety standards. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing or supervising marina operations, preferably within U.S. Navy MWR programs, and will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
