Role Overview ERM's Consulting Delivery Hub in India is a critical part of ERM's global consulting model enabling scalable, high-quality delivery across regions and service lines. As a Managing Consultant - Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide, contribute to complex sustainability projects, and play a key role in shaping the future of global consulting delivery. What You Will Do Deliver high-quality creative direction and design solutions that translate complex sustainability and ESG topics into engaging and accessible communications. Lead the successful execution of client projects across print, digital, branding, reporting, web, and stakeholder engagement channels while maintaining exceptional quality standards. You will build trusted relationships with internal teams and clients, serving as a strategic creative advisor and confident presenter of design concepts and recommendations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communications (or equivalent) 8-10 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred) Two or more years of experience managing a small team Strength in people leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management Exceptional portfolio showcasing print, interactive, and branding work Breadth of previous work in multi-page document and editorial layout design (annual/sustainability reports, books, brochures, magazines, etc.) Superior understanding of typography and page layout Extreme attention to detail and proven commitment to quality control, including maintaining file hygiene Strength in client communications and leading design-focused discussions Ability to communicate complex information to a broad audience of internal and external stakeholders Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills Proficient in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Solid understanding of UX/UI design for digital experiences Knowledge of CSS and HTML Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Highly creative mindset with the ability to balance innovation with client brand standards and project requirements Able to work extended hours when necessary Open to input, feedback, and collaboration with colleagues and fellow creatives Ability to handle conflict and manage difficult conversations internally and externally Integrates Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) into leadership culture Benefits Competitive salary Benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Opportunities for travel and international work Flexible work arrangements Paid time off and holidays Health insurance Retirement plan Learning budget Parental leave Wellness programs Visa/relocation assistance Remote flexibility Stipends Bonus/commission Paid holidays
