Role Overview As a Lead Software Engineer, you will work with a group of world-class engineers to build breakthrough features for our customers while keeping our trusted CRM platform stable and scalable. You will be responsible for building and shipping high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices, with AI as a core part of your development workflow. What You Will Do Your responsibilities include building and shipping high-quality software, designing and orchestrating complex systems, making architectural and design decisions, contributing to all phases of the SDLC, building efficient components and algorithms, and mentoring engineers. Why It Might Be a Fit We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who has 10+ years of experience in software development and large-scale system design, with strong software engineering fundamentals, proficiency in one or more programming languages, and experience developing SaaS applications on public cloud platforms.
