Role Overview Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to build Observability capabilities with technology-led innovation at an enterprise scale. The role involves leading complex technology initiatives, developing standards and best practices, and collaborating with key technical experts. What You Will Do The Lead Software Engineer will design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs, review and analyze complex technology solutions, and make decisions on developing standards and best practices. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Software Engineering experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
