Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Lead Salesforce Test Engineer with a strong background in functional testing and automation, particularly in Salesforce Lead-to-Cash processes. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end QA efforts for Salesforce implementations, design and implement robust test strategies, and manage test planning and execution. Requirements Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Salesforce functional and Automation testing Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant Strong domain knowledge and testing experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Deep understanding and practical experience with Lead-to-Cash business processes and supporting technologies Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ, CLM, and Billing tools and platforms Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, including negotiation workflows, legal compliance, version control, and electronic signature integrations Strong programming skills with hands-on experience in Java or C# Proven track record in building automation frameworks using Provar or Selenium Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into DevOps workflows Strong leadership skills with experience managing offshore/onshore QA teams Benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance Health and wellness programs Community outreach programs Resource efficiency programs
