Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Product Designer for our Builder pod who can elevate HighLevel's creator tools through exceptional craft, product vision, and systems thinking. The Builder pod owns the visual creation tools that help customers build websites, funnels, landing pages, emails, forms, templates, and future AI-powered experiences without code. What You Will Do As a lead individual contributor, you will partner with product and engineering leaders to shape the future of HighLevel's builder experiences. You will help teams make complex creation workflows feel approachable, powerful, and polished for agencies, entrepreneurs, and SMBs who need to move quickly and produce high-quality customer-facing work.
