Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Product Designer who can elevate HighLevel's product experiences through exceptional craft, product vision, systems thinking and influence. You have spent 7+ years designing complex digital products, ideally including SaaS, B2B, platform, workflow-heavy or similarly sophisticated product experiences, and are ready to shape product direction, design standards and team culture across one or more product pillars. What You Will Do As a lead individual contributor, you will partner deeply with product and engineering leaders, mentor other designers and help teams define and improve strategically important product experiences across the HighLevel platform.
