Role Overview The Integration Consultant will support a set of existing customers and the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a quick and successful onboarding within a month. The role involves monitoring the health of integrations for various customers and flagging any concerning statistics. The Integration Consultant will work closely with the Customer Success Team and Account Management to deliver deep technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations. What You Will Do The Integration Consultant will help build and manage relationships with customers in their allocated portfolio to drive the health and growth of their integrations. They will provide technical guidance to customers during all phases of their integration life cycle, collaborate with other account team members to update them on progress, and plan and implement measures to grow their customers. Requirements Technical experience relating to APIs, API implementation, platform-to-platform integrations Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily Proven stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different teams and levels Strong experience managing stakeholder expectations, handling competing priorities, communicating progress and risks, and driving issues through to resolution Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and APIs by following technical documentation Strong communicator and flexible team player Ability to convey complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholders Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using MS-Office products - key features expertise: Excel V-lookups, Pivot tables with filtering/formulas/etc, de-duplications checks Benefits Bonus points if you have a Bachelor's degree (Business administration, information technology, Market Research, computer science, information technology, engineering or related discipline preferred) Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language Experience with SQL, Postman, Power BI, JIRA, or Salesforce is a plus Experience with Grafana and/or similar systems Experience with AI Awareness of modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure Additional Language skills beyond English
