Full Job Description

Role Overview As an Information Developer at Whatfix, you will own the quality and delivery of technical documentation, and other customer-facing content materials. You will revise all product content and keep them updated with ongoing feature releases and updates. You will create clear and well-structured documentation and how-to guides that reduce ambiguity and enable quick integration with Whatfix. What You Will Do You will proactively detect and address inconsistencies and information gaps in all forms of customer-facing content. You will train and onboard other writers. You will work independently and reliably with minimal supervision in a non-traditional setting. Why It Might Be a Fit You will be part of a larger marketing strategy execution plan.
