Role Overview As an Implementation Project Specialist at Safeguard Global, you'll be the key point of contact for clients throughout their implementation journey across Employer of Record (EOR) and simple Managed Services. You'll welcome and guide clients through Safeguard Global's products, services, and implementation journey. You'll own implementation projects, maintaining project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status updates. What You Will Do You'll coordinate onboarding activities across internal teams and external partners. You'll support EOR and simple Managed Services implementations across areas such as Payroll, HR/Benefits, Accounting, and Entity Management. You'll drive technology setup and deliver platform training to clients. You'll need strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.
