Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Image Product Manager to work as a part of our Image Processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and management of our hyperspectral image products, working closely with a diverse team across multiple geographic locations. What You Will Do Refine and execute the image product strategy for Pixxel’s image processing pipeline, track current and future mission image product delivery, conduct market research, and create and manage product roadmaps. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Remote Sensing, Earth Science, or Engineering. Proven experience (4+ years) as a Product Manager in a relevant industry. Background in hyperspectral image processing is a plus. Cross-cultural communication skills, with experience working with international teams. Technical knowledge of hyperspectral image processing, remote sensing, satellite systems, and relevant software tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successful team collaboration. Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Strong market research and analytical skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively. Proficiency in project management and product management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with quality assurance processes and documentation practices.
