Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable backend systems that power our products. This role will focus on developing APIs, microservices, and Front End while ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability across our platform. What You Will Do Design and ship features across the full stack, extend and harden the multi-tenant model, work on the scheduling and work-queue layer, write documentation, and improve weak areas such as front-end test coverage and query performance. Requirements 3–4 years building and operating production web applications, with TypeScript on both Node.js and React. Hands-on experience with Node.js and Java building APIs or microservices Designed and maintained a GraphQL API in production, schema-first, including auth directives, pagination, and N+1 avoidance. Experience with Prisma or a comparable ORM and knowledge of when to drop to raw SQL. React with a component library such as Ant Design, building data-dense screens, tables, filters, and dashboards. Built or maintained background-job systems: queues, schedulers, workers, retries, locking. Docker in daily use. Deployed and debugged services on AWS, including ECS or a comparable container platform, RDS, S3, and a CI pipeline. Writes tests as part of the work, not after. Familiar with Jest and fixture-based service tests. Works well with little supervision on a small remote team: clear written communication, sensible scoping, and comfort making decisions without a spec for every detail. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Groovy scripting. Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker. Nice To Have: RedwoodJS or CedarJS, GraphQL Yoga, Envelop plugins, GraphQL subscriptions.
