Role Overview Performs client-site servicing, repair and/or installation of company product(s) under minimal supervision. This job may include any aspect of product field support, including system hardware and software, and systems networking. What You Will Do Key responsibilities include equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, customer support, mentorship & leadership, documentation & safety. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have the ability to lift 35 lbs, read electrical and mechanical schematics, and have experience in mechanical, electrical, and customer support. Requirements Ability to lift 35 lbs unassisted from the floor to waist level Ability to read and work from electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams AS Associate of Science degree in Electronics or completion of accredited basic electronics program or equivalent experience Three to Six years of work-related experience in mechanical, electrical, and customer support
