Role Overview We are seeking a Data Scientist in the Insights & Product Analytics team for high-impact data science initiatives that convert diverse data into actionable insights and decision support. This person will have a flair of innovation along with a strong exposure to Python, Data Science, NLP, Machine Learning, LLMs and the analysis of unstructured data. What You Will Do Execute large scale high impact data science projects, collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to improvise on the findings, design, develop, and execute cutting-edge solutions that deliver insights through Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI techniques. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field from a reputed college with focus on AI/Data Science. 3-6 years in data science/AI/ML roles. Expertise in Data Science, ML/DL/LLM/Transformers, LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks. Well-versed in a wide range of ML algorithms, advanced statistics, and natural language processing. Advanced proficiency in Python, Databricks/AWS, with strong experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SpaCy, NLTK. Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, pgvector etc), Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for model training, deployment, and scaling. Familiarity with distributed computing (Spark/Databricks), Strong background in data preparation, cleaning, normalization, and handling large-scale unstructured text data. Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, auditability, and code management using GitHub/Bitbucket and confluence for project documentation Basic visualization skills in Excel, Power BI, or Streamlit for dashboards and insights.
