Full Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a technology leader with 12–16 years of experience across application development, system integration, GenAI/Agentic AI and technology delivery. The role will lead teams and workstreams across the SDLC, identify high-value AI and automation opportunities, translate business problems into technology solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes and ROI. What You Will Do Analyze business processes and value streams to identify opportunities for GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, modernization and process transformation. Lead the design and delivery of application, integration, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring effective integration with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and external systems. Why It Might Be a Fit Must have skills: Generative AI. Experience managing Agile delivery, project budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and multiple workstreams is required. Ability to define and track business outcomes and ROI metrics such as productivity improvement, effort savings, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement and cost savings.
