Role Overview As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, configure, and enhance SAP Production Planning (PP) processes for discrete manufacturing environments using AI assisted development tools and copilots. The role focuses on delivering efficient production planning, shop floor execution, and material staging processes while integrating pre-built AI services where beneficial. What You Will Do Your main responsibilities will include configuring and supporting SAP PP processes, using AI copilots to accelerate functional specification creation, routing/BOM validation, test case generation, and documentation automation. You will also integrate PP with MM, QM, SD, FI/CO, and shop floor systems, leveraging standard APIs and middleware.
