Role Overview As a Freelance AI Trainer, you will create problems, write solutions, and design test cases for competitive programming. Your work will be used to train advanced AI coding models. What You Will Do You will write original algorithmic problems, create correct and wrong solutions, and build test cases. You will also write checkers/interactors for problems with multiple valid answers. Why It Might Be a Fit We look for strong competitive programming background, shown by a public profile or an IOI / ICPC / national-olympiad record. You should be fluent in contest C++ and Python, and have strong written English skills. Requirements Strong competitive programming background Public profile (Codeforces rating or IOI / ICPC / national-olympiad record) Fluent in contest C++ (STL, complexity) Comfortable writing Python Strong written English (C1+) Benefits Paid per accepted task Up to the equivalent of $90/hr Flexible work schedule (telecommute)
