Role Overview Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Data Risk & Solutions Analyst (Global Monitor) to join our team at Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves identifying study risks, developing mitigation plans, and ensuring all samples are processed correctly. The Global Monitor must be in compliance with the CCLS Global Project Management strategy and deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do Accountable for the monitoring and reporting of clinical study laboratory metrics. Extract information from multiple data sources, converting raw data into meaningful insights, and presenting key findings to stakeholders. Perform risk assessments on low complexity studies and propose monitoring solutions to mitigate identified risks. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or PhD in a scientific field, 10 years of related experience in project management, data analysis for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, and demonstrated advanced level knowledge of Excel. The candidate should also have strong problem-solving and customer service skills, be able to operate with minimal guidance, and have a strong working proficiency in English.
