Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, research-oriented, and proactive Business Development Analyst to support deal sourcing, market research, CRM management, contact intelligence, and investor/business development activities. What You Will Do The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting detailed property and market research, identifying off-market opportunities, verifying ownership and contact information, maintaining high-quality CRM data, and preparing professional reports and presentation materials. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in business development, real estate, acquisitions, investment research, sales operations, CRM management, or a related field Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to locate, evaluate, and verify information from multiple sources Experience with CRM systems and maintaining large databases Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Comfortable conducting professional phone calls and information verification Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Experience with real estate, private equity, investment management, land acquisition, or investor relations is a strong plus
