Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical in supporting our mission as a leading Telecom and Managed Services Provider, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization and report directly to the SVP of IT, playing a key role in requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Telecom or Managed Services industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Proven experience working with remote teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. Knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools is a plus. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
