Role Overview As an Automation Developer at BCD Meetings & Events, you will design, build, and enhance automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. You will partner with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and business goals, and document current-state and future-state processes. You will contribute to enhancements and continuous improvement of existing automations, and support production reliability and operational excellence. What You Will Do Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and developing automation solutions, building workflows that improve efficiency, reducing manual effort, and increasing process consistency. You will also troubleshoot production issues promptly, perform root cause analysis, and maintain solutions with exception handling, resiliency, logging, and supportability.
