Role Overview We're a Digital Product Engineering company looking for a conversational AI developer with 4+ years of experience in Chatbot / Conversational AI development, strong hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform, and experience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases. What You Will Do Develop, configure, and deploy conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform, build and enhance chatbots and AI agents, design and implement Agentic AI solutions, and integrate enterprise applications with conversational AI solutions. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have strong experience in conversational AI development, experience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases, and experience integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI solutions. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Chatbot / Conversational AI development 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform Strong experience with Kore.ai XO10, XO11 or Artemis Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and Python Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON Experience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and architectures Experience integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI solutions Experience with multi-agent orchestration and AI observability platforms is preferred Banking / Financial Services domain experience is preferred Kore.ai Developer / Artemis certification is preferred
