Role Overview The Associate DevOps Engineer will work on implementing and maintaining DevOps practices, tools, and processes. The role involves experience with version control systems, Microsoft Azure, and containerization. The engineer will also work on deployments, builds, and scripting knowledge. The position requires experience with Docker and Kubernetes, as well as domain administrator skills. What You Will Do The Associate DevOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining DevOps practices, tools, and processes. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong understanding of version control systems, Microsoft Azure, and containerization. The engineer should also have experience with Docker and Kubernetes, as well as domain administrator skills. Requirements Total 2+ years of experience Basic knowledge of DevOps Experience or working knowledge of version control systems (Examples: Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub) Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Azure Basic understanding of builds (Examples: TFS, ADO, Jenkins) Basic understanding of deployments (Examples: TFS, ADO, Octopus Deploy) Programming or scripting knowledge/experience e.g. PowerShell Container experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes Basic domain administrator skills (Examples: Windows Servers, Patching, Active Directory) Logical Aptitude with Excellent Communication skills Experience working with AI CLI's (Claude code, Opencode, Codex)
