Role Overview The Trust and Safety Analyst position is a key role within the Operations function at Cint. The role involves communicating and liaising with different departments to handle incoming requests and quality escalations, preparing reports and sharing insights into quality findings, and driving or participating in quality programs related to suppliers, clients, etc. The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to business and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do The main day-to-day responsibilities of the role include communicating with different departments, preparing reports, driving or participating in quality programs, monitoring and tracking internal data and statistics, contributing to the development of new tools and products, and updating product and internal documentation.
