Role Overview This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, developer experience, and platform enablement. You'll design and build internal AI-powered tooling that helps developers automate remediation, modernization, and migration workflows. The position combines hands-on software development with the deployment and integration of LLM-based assistants, code analysis agents, and AI-enabled CI/CD capabilities. What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain internal AI-powered tooling, build and integrate AI solutions, integrate AI capabilities into build processes, serve as a subject matter expert, troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with engineering teams, build new tools, and monitor adoption. You'll work collaboratively across engineering teams in an environment focused on practical AI adoption, continuous improvement, and developer productivity. Requirements Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and the ability to build reliable production-quality tooling. Hands-on experience building, integrating, or deploying AI/LLM-powered tools. Practical understanding of developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and software development processes. Ability to design and build new tooling from scratch as well as configure and deploy existing AI platforms and developer tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to act as a go-to technical resource when systems or tools fail. Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, platform teams, and other technical stakeholders. Strong communication skills and an ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
