Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Agile Developer to join our innovative Agile Development Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development using modern technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and NestJS. What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across the full technology stack. The role involves building responsive user interfaces, developing secure and scalable RESTful APIs, optimizing application performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise-scale application development. Strong expertise in: RectJS, NodeJS, NestJS, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5 / CSS3 Experience building scalable REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Firestore. Experience with ORM technologies such as TypeORM or Prisma. Familiarity with caching and in-memory data stores such as Redis. Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and responsive design principles. Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and application security best practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated deployment strategies. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
